Viking Cold Storage (Davao), Inc. or Viking Davao is the latest brainchild of its founder, Jaime D. Ngo more commonly known as Jimmy Ngo. With 30 years experience in the cold storage warehouse industry, Jimmy Ngo likewise has been operating cold storage warehouses in Tondo, Manila (W. Jherdebs Cold Storage) and Cebu City (Columbia Fruit Traders). Jimmy Ngo envisioned Viking Davao to be a world-class cold storage facility when he was first conceptualizing the project. True enough, this dream was realized when Viking Davao Phase-1 was finally completed and ready for operation in November of 2023. Viking Davao’s facility is located at Purok 3, Mahayag Road, Bunawan, Davao City and sits on a 23,919 sqm property. With its strategic location (near the ports and airport) and its truly world-class cold storage facility, it was ready to accept tenants which started coming in and storing product in December ‘2024.
