The Solitaire Diversified Logistics Philippines Inc. operating under the name Solitaire Cargoworks and Customs Brokerage (SCCB), formerly known as M.A Bituro Customs Brokerage, was officially formed in Tigatto, Davao City back in May 2015 and was initially registered in January 17, 2020, as a sole proprietorship under the Department of Trade and Industry to conduct business operations in the import and export field. On November 13, 2024, SSCB transmitted from sole proprietorship to corporation and is now duly registered under the Securities, and Exchange Commission (SEC). Its founder, Mr. Mark Anthony N. Bituro, currently the President and CEO of SCCB, is also a licensed Customs Broker registered under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)and accredited with the Bureau of Customs. SCCB, a neophyte Cusomes Brokerage firm in Davao City started its roots from a dream to respond to the needs of the clients with their importation, exportation, and other related operations SCCB is now regularly serving a growing number of importer and exporter companies in a different port of entries nationwide from diverse industries such as Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Advertising, Telecommunications, Electro-Mechanical Water System Industry andamonth others, most of which are government agency’s suppliers and contractors.
