NORTHBANK HOLDINGS CORPORATION is the corporate successor and vehicle organized to manage and develop the properties of the selected heirs of the late Simeon Marfori late in the 19th century followed by Isidro Marfori thence Mario L. Marfori. The Marfori trading business evolved into shipping, plantation and real estate. By the 1940’s it further evolved into commercial and residential property development, that today are known as Bankerohan Market, his son Mario developed it together with Marfori Heights, San Pedro Memorial Park which today includes Forest Lake San Pedro, and Don Isidro Village. In 1974, the Estate of Mario Marfori was formed and later incorporated as the Heirs of Mario Marfori Holdings, Inc. which was replaced by Northbank Holdings Corporation (NBHC). Now headed by the fourth generation Simeon P. Marfori II as President & CEO, NBHC has grown thru his management of its properties in Bankerohan Market District namely Mallengke, Farmers Market Center, Fruitasan Mo!, MTraders Center, and BFMC Annex, among others. It also has retained interests in San Pedro Memorial Park, San Pedro, Forest Lake Memorial Park, Marfori Heights and Don Isidro Village. Most recently NBHC acquired Marquela located in Tigatto as part of the 300 hectare master planned township development project of Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. named The Ciudades Township. NBHC owns and manages B-Fresh -- an online service delivering Fresh Bankerohan produce; Eskimo Ice an ice dealer and Riverine Resources -- a company managing properties related services; Noah’s Ark Pre-School and Boxtown Events Center at Marquela.
